Damian here with our final video from Las Vegas. I’m right here where my brother is going to be getting married a little bit later. If he saw me he’d probably say, “Damian, what are you doing taking videos in my wedding cabana?”

In this session, I want to recap everything we’ve talked about regarding gambling, investing, and how to make real estate investing a sure bet. While I personally do not gamble, I also have a guaranteed blackjack hand that I’m going to be sharing with you. This is absolutely priceless.

Just to recap this video series here in Las Vegas, I showed you the difference between gambling and risk. I showed you why stocks are a gamble; why the very nature of stocks make them a gamble. It’s because of the lack of control and the emotional nature of the trading. There are no hard assets, and they change very quickly.

We contrasted that with real estate investing, how that in any market it is secure and profitable – especially when done the right way. I’m not talking about speculating. That’s gambling. We talked about how to do it the right way. You do this by buying properties with built-in profits, cash flow, and tax savings. Appreciation then is the gravy – not the true reason you do the deal.

You can do this because you have your marketing in place. You have your buyer and seller list. These are people who are willing to sell their properties to you, and people who are willing to purchase properties from you. You are matching them up and making money with sure-fire deals. This is not just hoping that you can get a discount property and sell it. But rather knowing you can make a profit before you ever enter into the deal.
