Hey! Damian here.

As you can see I’m walking through Atlanta National Airport. I am headed to Las Vegas and I’m taking you guys with me. I have a lot that I want to share with you and teach you about real estate investing. Is real estate investing a risk? Is it a gamble? With this wacky economy many people are scared of it. Many don’t know what to think of it. We’re going to take a look and see. Is it really possible to do real estate investing without the risk? Without the gamble? But instead make it a sure bet? I am getting on a plane shortly and I will see you in Las Vegas.
It’s Damian again. I’m in Las Vegas to attend my brother Paul’s wedding. I’m at the hotel and I have some very special things to tell you that I just couldn’t put off.

Over the coming week, I have a series of videos for you that are all about risk and about gambling. Because I’m in Las Vegas, that’s what came to mind. Speaking of gambling, you’re not going to see any shots inside of a casino – aside from the fact that it is illegal to take photographs there – it’s because I don’t believe in gambling. This is more from a business perspective rather than a moral one. I see no reason why a person should ever have to gamble.
In the upcoming videos I’m going to share some key insights about risk and gambling. When is real estate investing a risk? When is it a gamble? Is there a way to reduce the risk? Is there a way to make your real estate investing a sure bet? How can you do all of this, especially with everything that’s going on in the nation’s economy?

Anyhow, being out here, you can’t help but notice all the GAMBLING!

And well – I have always HATED GAMBLING.

My own morals aside – I just work too hard for my money to risk giving it away to someone else for nothing!!

But this is EXACTLY what investors are doing when they don’t invest the right way.
