How cool would it be if we could make money by saying some magic words?
Abbra-cadabra! That doesn’t work.
Shazam! That doesn’t work either.
Hocus pocus! Naw.
I know. Walla Walla, Washington! Hey, it works!
Believe it or not, your words can actually make you money as a real estate investor. They can take properties and make them worth more money. You can make more money just by using your words. How is that possible? I’m going to show you exactly how to do that right now!
So you want to make money appear out of thin air. Who wouldn’t as a real estate investor? Let’s talk about how to do that.
What if you could take zero dollars, and take a $200,000 property and make an additional $10,000. That would be very exciting. That would be a great thing to do. But how can you do that? How can you spend nothing and make ten thousand dollars?
I’m going to write a word on the board, and then I’m going to hide it, because it’s very important. The word is “marketing.”
Most people, when they hear the word marketing they think about putting more flyers up or buying more newspaper ads. But that’s not what I’m talking about.
What I’m talking about is “positioning.”
Believe it or not, the way you position your property makes a huge difference on the value that is perceived and how much you are able to sell it for.
For an example of positioning, we’ll talk about clothes. Let’s say you were going to buy a pair of designer jeans, and you paid $100 for them. To the untrained eye, these jeans would look no different than a pair that costs $15. They look the same, they feel the same, and you wear them the same way. Why does one sell for more than the other? It all has to do with positioning.

I never thought about it like this. Words making Money. This is SO powerful!
It’s so crazy how most people totally miss the boat on this. I’m embarassed about some of the marketing stuff i have sent out now that i saw this. not going to make those mistakes again.
