After a 2nd viewing I thought it worth adding that a 'divided' mind is one that is not particularly oriented to taking action. Using Damian's example in the video, if one has acquired multiple real estate investing courses and is not yet an active investor, such a person may simply be in need of making the best educated decision they can make at THIS moment. Choose the 'best' course based upon what you already know. Better yet, consult someone that you know to possess competent, authoritative knowledge that you wish to possess - seeking their guidance and recommendations on your choice. Dive into the material with commitment and dedication to develop the level of specialized knowledge required to apply it - preferably under the guidance of one who has proven experience with what you wish to do - a mentor or coach. Give yourself the gift of focusing upon what is then relevant with the understanding that you can address other distractions, including other RE courses, at a later time when it may be more appropriate.

Focus your thoughts, energies and efforts as you would the sun's rays through a lens. Look forward to feelings of accomplishment as your results begin to unfold. As Damian said, expect to experience fear when you enter areas of the unknown. Move forward in spite of that fear - again, preferably under guidance of proven knowledge - but do so. Only action will produce the results we desire.

If memory serves me correctly, Robert Kiyosaki attributed the 'eggs' statement to Warren Buffett. It makes a great deal of sense when one thinks about it. We can exercise the most control and best take care of things to which we direct our focused attentions. Optimal results can be anticipated from our comprehensive understanding of those worthwhile things to which we choose to direct our attention - and by taking consistent and appropriate action, even in the face of fear.

This is a great wrap-up of the series.
