Through this training series, you’re going to see exactly how to do this. You’re going to understand why Social Media is so powerful. You will learn the difference between such sites as FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, and Squidoo. And I will show you how other investors are using Social Media to get leads and deals. By the end of this training series, you will have all you need to start using Social Media to explode your real estate investing business.
If you are going to use Social Media effectively, you first need to understand what Social Media is. Social Media is media that provides social interaction. It seeks to use scalable and accessible publishing techniques. It allows a social dialogue.
Since that may sound rather complicated, let me simplify it for you. Years ago, online media could be compared to a bottle. People owned their own bottles, such as the big media companies, and the information went in and just sat there and stagnated. All we could do as site visitors, was consume what was in the bottle.
Social Media has changed that model. Now it’s more like an open-ended tube where information goes in and out. It’s accessible to everyone. This means that people are contributing and communicating in new ways. It’s no longer a one-way channel, but a two-way communication.
This is powerful because it changes the way your information is being shared, whether it’s deals, properties, or opportunities to help home owners with loan modification. It means rather than putting the information out there and letting it stagnate, you are putting it out on a two-way street. You put information out; you receive responses back.
You are about to discover the simple steps that will let you turn the social media craze into an endless supply of leads and deals.
In this video, you’ll learn exactly what the social media craze is all about and how everyone is using it to drive their businesses and goals.
Get ready to be shocked and awed by just how powerful social media will be in putting deals and leads into your pocket, when it’s done the right way…

You are the man! I’ve been resisting social media ties because I do not want my personal information available for exploitation. Your explanation (although weird and a little quirky) has opened my eyes to a better approach. I still don’t understand how to enroll only as a business entity, but I’m sure you will make that abundantly clear with future videos. Keep ‘em coming. The lessons are invaluable!
You’re a great teacher. You make it clear where I need to focus in my real estate business. I’m going to be able to become the “center of attention” in my real estate business with your constant input. Thanks!
Not sure why the videos come in choppy hard to see them all the way through any suggestions on how to view them without them being choppy.
