Car Crash Power (1 of 2)
In this video I am going to share what is probably THE most powerful real estate investing and entrepreneurial lesson I have ever learned. This lesson is what empowered me to pack up the family bags and move to the Tuscan country-side for a few months. Changed my life and I believe it will change yours too! I call it – CAR CRASH POWER!

Hi,
I know you are right. If we are going to succeed we all must set some goals and then set about with a plan of action to accomplish and fulfill those goals. Right now I want to do my first deal and eventually I want to have a virtual assistant or assistants working with me to free up my time that I can do the things in life that are fulfilling like spending time with my family, church work etc.
Excellent tool for self motivation. I,for one, needed that!I am sure that there minions of “wannabees”hearing this will benefit from it as well.Let me encourage Damian to keep these “nuggets”coming.
I like what I was hearing but I feel a little unfulfilled because I did not get to hear (or see) part 2. I think if I got to hear the conclusion of this subject I would get more value out of it. I am interested, so please, tell me more.
Sorry, part2 is here.

Looking for investors to back me up. No, not hard money. Who is willing to trust me?
Transactional funding is great, but in the real world beyond our control may not close in a 48 hour period and may take longer.
Show me a way to get the money. Its easy to buy, but we need to look at the back end.
Need more examples of high end price homes as an example.
I like the induction and am waiting for the follow through … Good technique if the next step happens before too long. I loose interest or move onto something that feeds forward movement if I wait too long. Being an old guy I remember the song “On top of old Smokey” … I lost my true love for courting too slow”
hey lets do it now!
Thanks for everything. I had almost forgotten about this website. Perhaps some of your buyers can get help financing or maybe some of your sellers can get help refinancing or restructuring their loans so that they will be able to keep their homes.
Can’t wait t get money to get your automated system for getting screened leads for sellers and buyers
Damian,
Thank you for sharing even the ‘little’ tidbits of wisdom. The significance of the lesson behind this message is high – yet far from obvious to most [I suspect]. Having shared this intersection of your learning and personal experience, you have revealed an exceptional, real-life example of the potential benefits to be had with challenging ourselves at the level of our assumptions, beliefs, and the relationship of these to personal expectations that regulate our behaviors, and thus, results.
Sometimes it is necessary for us to provide our own ‘kick in the pants’ to move forward in ways that challenge our normal thinking. In effect, when challenging ourselves, we engage our conscious and subconscious minds to produce solutions to the challenge that we thus pose to it. Your desire for an extended family vacation illuninated the need for you to restructure your business [the challenge] so as to accommodate that desire.
Great example Damian. Thanks for sharing.
Let’s get it started!
