    Damian! What’s up, home boy!

    Man, we can’t buy this stuff you’re teachin’. The Pre-Done Property Differentiator training is GREAT STUFF! (although “stuff” is not the word I’d have preferred to use!)

    I’m new to real estate investing; have looked at several real estate investment systems; have bought, studied and used various parts of several other real estate investment systems; have done 1 renovation flip deal to date prior to acquiring the limited version of your system on a trial basis; and I must tell you and others out there that I’ve never seen anything as good as your system nor do I think anyone else out there has a system that even comes close!!

    I’m looking forward to more Real Training, more Real Inspiration, For Real Investors such as myself! And, I’m looking forward to expanding my investment activities with the goal of acquiring the full version of your real estate investment system.

    Here’s wishing you and yours the very best that real estate investment and life has to offer!

    Damian—I gotta tell you that you are the first person that I’ve come across in the last 5 years who has pried open the lid of real estate transparency. Every marketing guru understands that emotion drives every purchase anyone makes, including homes. You’ve touched on a critical element of salesmanship others just don’t “get”. Or, if they do, they don’t come anywhere’s near laying out the importance of using an emotional approach to selling homes by eliminating the objections to a purchase before they are ever asked. It’s an issue I have overlooked, and now will now correct. Thank you for your expertise and the willingness to share it.

    Thanks so much for great info. Although the pieces aren’t new, you presented the information in a way that made me understand how important this is when selling a property. It is too easy to forget and just get caught up in numbers. And I don’t think most realtors approach things this way so maybe next time I will save myself a ton of commission expense and try it on my own.
