Day in The Life

I can’t complain. Really. Most babies sleep only an hour or two at a time. Our little Sarai is a champ. At night she sleeps five or sometimes even six hours straight!

I know I’m going to sound greedy and make some parents angry, but I miss uninterrupted sleep. Somehow 8 hours of of sleep broken into 2 hour increments never adds up the same as one long, sweet peaceful night of rest.

Picture of a baby...

In case you’re wondering, "When are you going to post a picture of your baby?"

Answer – as long as I’m happily married – never.

Seriously, it’s part of my terms of marriage. I can use Starbuck the Dog in all the promotions I want, but Charlene and baby stay off camera. Go figure. And they’re both beauties too, I know they’d make a great DFYD spokeswomen!

Back to being a little more tired than usual, I have to tell you being a new dad I feel more appreciative and blessed than ever to have a virtual, automated business.

There’s been so many times when if I worked a regular J-O-B I wouldn’t have been around to help Charlene or I would’ve missed out on doing something special with my little girl. (And that’s not to say anything about the luxury of sleeping in late after a crying-filled without having to ask anyone’s permission!)

It’s made me realize just how priceless the kind of lifestyle this business affords is.

It’s easy to get lured into real estate investing hoping to become a multi-millionaire. And I hope you become one, I really do. I hope all our members become multi-millionaires, and maybe they will.

But here’s something the other gurus or whatever will never tell you…

You DON’T need to become a multi-millionaire.

In fact, if all you did was replace your current income or income from your last job with investing income that allowed you to work from home, travel, set your own hours, live virtually and sleep in whenever you felt like it, you’d be pretty well off, don’t you think?

That was actually my goal when I left my job with the subsidiary of a Fortune 500 back in 2008. I just wanted to be able to gets the bills paid while working in my pajamas. Turns out our business exploded bigger than I could have imagined.

In all the ups and downs, in the months when our business suddenly doubles in size, and in the months when it doesn’t, the part that never stops pay luxuriously is the lifestyle. And as little Sarai starts to grow up into her own person and do all the amazing things little girls do, I’m sure I’ll feel even wealthier than ever.

This is why I do what I do. And this is what I want for YOU.

I’m all about building a massive empire of wealth if that’s your vision. But don’t feel like you have to do that to be successful. Reality in, even one or two deals done properly every couple months will replace a $50,000 to $75,000 income. And with the help of your Done-For-Your Deals System, a little encouragement on my part and the proper determination on your part, I know and believe you can and will do this.

Now, I don’t know what time it is where you are, but on my watch, it’s nap time. So until next issue, stay well and go get some deals done!

Best,

Damian Lanfranchi, Your Business Architect
